The communication between the shop was great. I was updated enough so I had an idea what was going on and how the work was progressing. The work completed is high quality, and it's difficult to tell it apart from factory condition. Plus, the work was completed faster than originally estimated. All in all a great job!

Kari has been the supervisor on a previous repair as well as this current repair. I appreciate her work ethic and commitment to her clients. She kept me advised of the progress at each step as well as the commincation between the rental car company and the auto insurer. one comment on area to improve may be is lengthy repair time. it took us atleast 2 weeks to get back the car so may be if there is any area of improvement on making the repair faster.
