Gilbert was absolutely fabulous. He communicated well with us, the insurance company and our adjustor. He always followed through everything he said he was going to do and even more. We have never had greater service than this. He has integrity and honesty . Dale and I are more than satisfied, we are delighted that Gilbert was our collision Advisor. We have passed on our positive experience with many of our friends .

I know this is going to sound bad, but out of all of the accident and claims I've gone through in my 30 years of driving, this has to be by far the best I've ever had. Bryant has been the best help I've ever seen, he kept me updated, and the progress of my truck. I will recommend Nation Wide Auto Collision to everyone I know that will ever ask, where they should take there vehicle, or someone like me, take there baby ( Which is my truck ) to. It'll be there. May, the USAA guy was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. He kept in contact with us throughout the time our vehicle was in your shop. He broke down charges and explained it to me. He even checked on us to make sure we weren't going to be charged beyond the time frame that USAA allotted for our vehicle to be at the shop. Great customer service and professional.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. My car is in great condition and looks brand new after the accident I had a few weeks ago. I'm very thankful for Lori Alameda from services. She did everything she could to make sure my car was taken care of. I enjoy doing business with her and will continue to from here on out.
