Our experience and dealings with pro-care was so easy and smooth, I was suprisedat how easy it went! When I picked up my truck, I almost cried, it was so beautiful and not only did they do a awesome job on the repairs, my truck was so clean! It shines like a new penny. It actually looks as good as when we first bought it! I say thank you to everyone at Pro-care and especially to Benny!!!

I planned to use my car care one credit card for about a third of my repairs costs. Upon arriving at the shop the door had a sticker that said you accepted the card. I made my choice to use your shop based on that. When picking up my car I was told they no longer accept that card. I luckily had 500 dollars available in another account. I'm frustrated because thy money was for something else. And what if I had already spent that money? What would I have done then?

Broker has done an amazing job on my vehicle. It was a quick turnaround. I appreciate the fact that I was kept informed at all times and you exactly when my people would be completed. GREAT TEAM WORK!!!!

The service was great and Martin was always courteous and professional throughout. The text messages during the repair process was also a plus so we knew how far along the repairs were.

There was some miscommunication on when my car would be ready. I received a text staying it would be done later, but in actuality it was completed sooner, but because I didn't receive that message timely, I was unable to pick up my car at the earlier completion time. Also, my rental car had a tire pressure sensor that kept coming on and made me uncomfortable driving the car. I had to take it back to the shop before my car was finished and they checked it, however, it was unsettling. Shanon Mize, my adviser, was nice. My car was returned to me clean and the work was well done. You could not tell it had been in an accident. I was extremely pleased about that.

We were completely satisfied with your service , also Martin did a great job of keeping us informed the updates, we really don't know how many people it took to do the job, but as with any great trusting company , we know it was team work , we have also done business with pro care in the past , also with excellent results. The promised completion date kept being missed but there was no communication from the shop. We were told Wednesday by 4 unless we heard otherwise we never heard otherwise but it wasn't done. Promised first thing Thursday morning, wasn't done and no call or text to tell us that. Promised Thursday at 4 again not done and no communication told Friday by 10 am, not done and no communication. Told Friday by 3, got there it wasn't totally done (not washed) they wanted another hr, said forget it we will wash it ourselves. The paint job is flawed and there are paint runs and sags from the **** shooting too much paint in one area.

The quality of work done on my 2010 Toyota Camry was not to standard. There were too many flaws in the work performed. Not very happy at all. The last time I brought my vehicle here it was done properly this time was not anywhere near the worksmanship. A total disappointment.
