I do not live in Conroe, Tx. I live in Cypress, TX. However, I drive an hour to Gullo Toyota in Conroe, because everyone that has helped me there has been so kind. Even people I meet in passing, when I need directions or help with the coffee machine, have been so helpful and nice. This kindness has been extended to me there, since I bought my 2016 Corolla there on May 15, 2016. At Gullo Collision I had the pleasure of dealing with Karen at the front desk. I am sorry, I do not have her last name. She was a delight. I also dealt with Emad who handels Nationwide claims, he was reassuring and helpful. I had only had my Corolla for about 5 months, it had less that 5000 miles, I was so upset, when it was hit. Karen and Emad made this unpleasant experience bearable. The repair was taken care of professionally. The repair was completed in the time frame promised. I was able to return my Enterprise rental car there too. Everything was as I was assured it would be.
