This was the best experience I've had in regards to my car and repairs. The communiication was excellent including the sweet texts. I'm not sure why but the texts did make me feel better and even happy. Gail was awesome at the Alameda shop in Albuquerque. After being out of the direct sunlight there is at least one area that the paint finish is bad. It's flat and doesn't look like it has the clear pearl coat on it. We will have to bring it back. Everyone was extremely nice we just need to correct the issues with the paint.

I am completely amazed at the level of customer service and helpfulness I recieved. Gayle was awesome and kept in contact the whole time with me. The last time my car was in an accident I never once recieved a call from them. I had to call multiple times to get any answers as to when I would have it back. At Danlar I recieved text alerts and phone calls. I truly appreciate all of the effort put forth, my car looks brand new!

I was very very satisfied w the caring staff-- especially Olivia. I appreciated lots the regular feedback re progress. I was disappointed to discover that I couldn't open my trunk, either by driver side lever or key. It seems to me that part of the routine for repairing rear damage would be to check trunk open ability. Otherwise I really like DanLar!

The work on my vehicle looks fine. The staff I dealt with were friendly anytime I spoke with any of them. No complaints there. My issue is mostly due to the fact that I got various pieces of information throughout the process, which was delayed several times. One day it was set to be ready, then an issue that would delay it another day, then a new development that would delay it again. The process took 15 days overall. I was quoted 5. I know obstacles come up that's not uncommon... I just wasn't expecting as many I guess.
The staff was again very friendly when it came time to pick up the vehicle. However when I got in, there were a lot of adjustments that needed to be made. The seat and radio station is to be expected, but I had to adjust my wheel, the radio presets which had ALL been changed, display options on the radio which had also been changed (really?) and reset the clock. I honestly expect to find the radio on a different station, but this extent... That wasn't the item needing repair but it sure got a lot of attention. I just found that to be rather unprofessional and unnecessary, since it wasn't imperative to the repair.
My husband has had work done here before and was satisfied, maybe this kind of thing isn't normal? This is the first time I've had collision work performed so I don't know what to expect, but if taking the time to learn how to program my radio presets and display is part of the usual process, I can see why it took longer.

The folks at danlar were wonderful. My only complaint would be how long it took to get the car in and then another three weeks for the work. That's a long time to be without your vihicle. Also, there is a paint smudge where they covered one of the scratches. But overall, I am very satisfied and would use them again.

First of all I would like to mention that Gary was amazing! He was accommodating and very efficient. On the other hand, every time I called, Michelle was rude and did not seem like she wanted to be there. It seemed as if mine and my father's calls were a burden. Also, the manager Jason was absolutely horrible. He had the nerve to say that "you and your dad don't communicate because I talked to you both", gave me excuse after excuse, and made the experience difficult. It was very disheartening because he wa the manager, therefore I felt I had no one else to talk to about these problems. I was forces to call my insurance agent mike because danlar came so highly recommended. For future reference I will never take any vehicle back to danlar collision nor will I recommend it to friends or family, not because of the work done, but because of the people,excluding Gary.

Your estimater, Gary, was very friendly and informative as to the process and the time required to complete the repairs adequetly. I expected a professional job from Danlar, and did in fact receive that.
