When you go straight the steering is facing like you are turning right. There's a clicking sound when you drive.
There's overspray all over the black bumper and drill. Did anyone drive the car? I was told the first time I tried to pick the car up that the alignment was fixed.
I've already driven over once when it wasn't ready, someone needs to pick this up or I'm calling geico and taking it somewhere else. This is pure incompetence.

Several searches and marks not repaired from accident, left glue or adhesive exposed, and on window, and painted over dirt or something which created bumps in the paint. Sloppy execution of simple but expensive paint and scratch repair work. Geico paid $3000 for this, with me paying $200 and I’ll be contacting my insurance adjuster ASAP to ensure they don’t pay until these items are 100% completed and up to standard.

My flex was denied on 2 separate occasions and on the 3rd attempt I finally just accepted it as is. I feel your presentation in the work that you perform is dirty with flaws that you believe the customer will overlook. And that offends me quite frankly. It insults my intelligence. The vehicle in question had overspray, dull areas, contaminated final paint, orange peel, divots in the clear, hazzing and voids of paint revealing bare metal. My rejection of acceptance for my vehicle on 2 occasion was not prudent enough for you to resolve the matter. This is your profession! At this point you all should be extremely good at. I dont mean to sound like I am being harsh or that I am not able to be satisfied, that is not the case. The very things I point out, not once, but twice, were either fixed with a bandaid fix, or neglected completely. So naturally on the 3rd attempt I had no other choice than to take the vehicle. You simply have no drive or understanding in performing quality work. It was easier for me to readjust my expectations than to have them meet. Iam sorry to say, your work is not inspiring. Good luck.
I have been very pleased with my experience. It was my first with JH and I was impressed. Tonya kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and was very professional . Also, Max at the front was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Thanks for a making a difficult situation with my vehicle far better than it needed to be.
