Your quality of service has really gone down. That fact that only the damaged spot on my hood was painted instead of the entire hood blows my mind. The fact that my car was delivered to me with a dirty hood blows me away...maybe an attempt to hide the minimal amount of work that Geico was willing to pay?

My car was dirty inside I thought that the car was supposed to be cleaned inside out once repaired. Also it seems as if someone had been driving it because it wasn’t that many miles on my car when I dropped it off.

Harris County body shop is a excellent body shop issuing a 100% guarantee satisfaction on any work they do along with a life time warranty and that's awesome. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They took a while to finish my car but the job was done wonderfully. I Can't tell the car was rear ended and that's the goal so mission complete. I highly recommend going to this place.

The office staff was super helpful to the best of their ability to answer any questions I had about the process.
