The actual repair and these people at Service King were fantastic. The phone system to call Service King is not user-friendly. Would like to have had a local number that I could call the actual shop instead of a national answering system.

When I got home, looking closer at repair for being so excited to have my car back in my position, I notice that the least of the damage was not touched! I call service King and Mr. Williams said Geico had not pointed the rear fender light damage out to him which was where damage started! I believe everyone was focused on the main damage by the passenger door! Mr. Williams asked me to take my car back Friday morning to take care of!
I will in future take my car to Service King if needed and will be referring my friends and family to Service King! Thank you so much!

I took my car in to have a bumper replaced. Then to find out the bumper was not replaced it was repaired. The paint on the bumper was horrible. When I check my receipt against my estimate my body Labor he’s went from$171.00 to $733. When I went into pick the car up I was told I needed a new hood. There was clearly nothing wrong with my hood when I dropped the car off. From whatever process was taken to align my hood with the bumper. If I need a new hood it’s because Service King has messed up my hood.
