Colorado Springs location did great keeping me updated and completed the repairs on time but Castle Rock needed to fix something's from a previously done repair and did not have the parts on had so when the vehicle was returned to then they could immediately so those repairs so now I have no vehicle and insurance is not paying for the additional rental car

The service was excellent when I brought my car in, and I received frequent updates about the status of my car. My only complaint is that when I picked up my car there was no one in the office except a dog that barked loudly at us as we waited for about five minutes for the receptionist to come back in. When she went to go get my car we actually went outside because the barking was so irritating.
