Erik was so helpful and patient. Also very responsive. He always took the time to answer all my questions and even went the extra step to educate me and tell me things to look out for.

Great customer service is offered once you walk in the shop. The owner explained the full process that my car will go through to be whole again and back to it's beautiful self. There is no sign of an accident or any body work. The grey metallic paint was blended perfectly. I'm happy that I chose them from a friends recommendation. Now I will be happy to recommend Precision to anyone needing their car repaired.
