Although the repair was nearly twice as expensive and took nearly a week longer to complete as the original estimate, Marko at GEICO and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and I experienced no hassles. In fact I got the sense that they wanted to help me get out of there in the minimum time possible... which I did! I drove a great, fuel-efficient little Prius in the meantime, provided by the car rental company. Everything was taken care of with a minimum of fuss. Thank you.
