Everyone and everything was perfect! I have used a number of different body shops in several states over the years and yours was by far the best experience. The young woman who snapped photos of the damage was prompt, efficient and has a lovely manner with clients. All the paperwork was organized and painless. Interfacing with Enterprise was also smooth and prompt. I can hardly believe that the repairs were done in two days! The repairs make the back end look like a brand new car! I was really satisfied with the painting! However I did notice that the mud guard was meant to be replaced but it never was, I still have the original one with damages shown, according to the invoice, it was billed for a new one! Also my window seal seem to be slightly perished from where the work was done. The under tire shield was repaired but not replaced, but I’m not sure if this should have been replaced completely or fixed to original standards.
