Make proper notations for time if pick up; I called to ensure all were aware this was uninsured motorist deductible 250.00 and was told this was all taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was being charged 500.00; I told them that this is why I had called beforehand so that there would not be any misunderstanding at time of pick up about the deductible. There were no notes in the computer; this was 6:00, luckily she was able to reach Farmer's to clear it up.
Otherwise, timely return if my vehicle.

The first time I went to pick up my vehicle there was an issue with the pain job. The second time I went to pick up my vehicle there was damage to my bumper that wasn't there before. The third time I went to pick up my vehicle it was still in the sane spot as the previous day and nothing had been done to my bumper. One of the employees said they would fix it and then when I came back 10 minutes later all they did was buff it. The damage was still there. The manager told me that he would have to look at the pictures they took when my vehicle was brought in to make sure that the damage wasn't there before. He should've done that the second time I went to pick up my vehicle when I pointed it out to Cole. I work 8:30 -5:30 Monday-Friday. It was a big inconvenience for me to have to go there three times to pick up my vehicle. I was involved in a previous accident and took my vehicle to a local body shop to be repaired and they didn't do a good job. I decided to take my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased it so I wouldn't have to worry about bad repairs. I was thinking about trading in my vehicle to get a newer model but with the bad service I received I don't think I will ever return to this dealership. I will no longer refer your dealership to any of my family, friends or colegues. I don't like how they tried to give me my vehicle for the 3rd time without even trying to fix the damage that someone there did. I also didn't like the way the manager handled the situation.
