You have a system to tell me everyday your on schedule including the day it was supposed to be done. However come deadline not only was my vehicle not done I never received any communication saying anything but they were on schedule. On the phone I then got excuses about system not being updated and they needed to do additional work on my vehicle. Calling a customer and being honest about the schedule would have avoided all of my frustration. Offer was made to pay for additional days of my rental car bit that offer seemed to be forgotten when we picked up truck. I probably would not recommend this company to anyone.
