Painting job was done poorly. Whatever error it was made by, the vehicle had an orange peel effect differentiating from the original paint finish. Also, the repair was complete days later it was originally scheduled even though I was getting several emails confirming everything was on schedule. I wish this paint repair job for the orange peel effect to be successful.

The car repair turned out very well, however, the repair was supposed to take 4 days and it ended up taking more than 4 weeks. There was a lack of communication between the shop and I letting me know the status of my repair. I had to call every once in a while just to see what was going on. I'm very dissatisfied how the length of the repair. To be honest, it ruined my winter break not having transportation to see family and friends. I guess the shop did everything they could but I cant tell. I usually dont write reviews like this but I had to express my dissatisfaction. I don't see myself ever coming back here for car repairs or recommending this place to anyone.

Took longer than expected, was not updated when vehicle was not going to be ready as expected on Friday Jan 5th. Reason for lack of an update was blamed on someone in the body shop instead of taking responsibility for knowing the vehicle status.
