It did take a while for my car to be completed, about a week later. However, my car looks great, love the feedback and updates I received on my car, and all the guys were extremely friendly and understanding of my situation, especially Todd. Thanks again for everything!

I've had to use Lute Riley Collision twice this year already. Both times I worked with Todd Sudduth to get my car inspected and taken care of. Todd was immensely helpful and professional. The turn around time was faster than quoted, as well.
My initial estimate for the work that needed to be done was one week. I picked up my vehicle today nearly one month later. I had to call several times to get updates on the status of the repair only to find that the repair date was moved back another week. Given my initial information of one week I decided that it was not worth it to rent a car. I work from home and was ok to wait a week and take a cab to pick it up again. Because of the delays I incurred significant travel costs getting to and from doctors appointments errands etc. The representative at Lute Riley did not offer to compensate me for the month long delay and costs that I incurred. I will never use Lute Riley Collision Center and I will not recommend it to friends or family.
Lute Riley Collision exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was ready earlier than promised, which was great as I was going out of town for the holidays. Todd Sudduth was awesome; a true asset to the Lute Riley Collision team. He told me what to expect, and then came through as promised.

I had been to the collision center a few months prior and received excellent service from Scott Weeks and I had requested to do business with him again but for whatever reason I was not assigned to him again. Also, I received emails a week ago that my car was going to be ready Monday at 6 PM. Then, the emails that came after that, especially on Monday, said that my car was on schedule and that if anything came up I would be notified immediately by telephone. I never received a call that my car would not be ready at 6 o'clock on Monday so I I could not make a meeting that I needed to be at related to my job so I decided not to go to the meeting and I showed up to pick up my car at 6 o'clock on Monday only to find out that it was not ready. I explained to Todd why I thought my car was to be ready and he said that sometimes the insurance companies send emails that are confusing but I am certain that all of my emails indeed came from Lute Riley Honda. Todd was very nice and cordial and said that when my car was ready I would be hearing from him by telephone. The next day and email came beside my car was ready and then 10 to 12 minutes later another email arrived that said my car was in the reassembly process. All of this to say, the emails that go out to update us are in accurate and confusing so please look at that. Other than that, all of the service that was done was excellent and I will return to you again. I just think that if a certain employee is requested that it might be honored. My car looks great!
