Russ Jr, I didn't get the chance to see you when I picked up my Challenger; I am so happy with how it turned out, I cannot thank you enough for your time and expertise. That car holds a lot of sentimental value, seeing it all fixed up meant the world to me.

Russ had me come in to assess the damage to my car minutes after my insurance company sent me to his shop. He helped me figure out that I should not be making a claim on my own insurance, but the other party should pay. He knew that he may lose my business to another body shop, but he wanted to make sure I did what was best for me! I insisted on using his shop with the other insurance company. Then, Russ's shop did the work quickly, and were very kind to me. Great experience!

My car was in the shop for almost 8 weeks and everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and always professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I worked with Tyler the majority of the time and he went above and beyond anything I had expected including picking me and my wife up at the airport when we came back to town to pick up my car. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone that needs auto body work done to get it done with Russ’s Body & Paint.
