Vehicle was dropped off and the front desk lady was told not to repair the roof and she wrote it down. Received vehicle back all work repaired correctly but they also did the roof which was an additional amount that we paid when were told not to do.

The right side doors where I was hit are not aligned correctly...When I'm driving it sounds like my window is cracked open when it's not....And the doors are **** all the way....
