I really appreciated the email updates updating me throughout the process. By keeping me in the loop allowed me to feel more comfortable and not wondering what was going on. The end product looked great. Very impressed. Thank you!
Very disappointed ???? I chose the dealership for my repairs because you would think they would be best in knowing what they’re doing. The job was sloppy and rushed. I was handed back my vehicle in worse shape then how it was dropped off. It was dropped off for repairs to body from being backed into. It was handed back with back door not fully put back together, pieces missing and screws on floor board. There were gouges to drivers side panel where they removed it for paint. Their curtosy detailing was atrocious. It’s like they had all the doors open while sanding the vehicle and wiped it down with wet rag. Damages were made to rim on drivers side. Overall, just completely disgusted. We had issues with another vehicle we once owned and brought for repairs to this location as well.

2017 White camry came back with paint imperfectins not present when delivered to the collision repair office.
Over communicated repair status but failed to disclose Saturday hours for the shop and my wife showed up at Noon to find you closed.
Lastly, no one ever disclosed repair cost. We were very surpised to owe $250. When other shops advertise “no deductible”.
