Quoted one week for repair, turned into six weeks. During that time my car received hail damage. For whatever reason they waited two weeks after the fact to notify me about the damage. Drew is unprofessional and rude. Will definitely not be back or recommend to others.

I was really surprised at how inefficient repair service was! Evaluations were not thorough causing more and more need for more work. I’m sure my car just sat there long time between work as you had my car over 4 ****/2 months. And then, when parts actually came in, I was told I had to wait until they could schedule time to do the repairs. Really? That time was already not scheduled for my car which had been there for months? This is unacceptable service. This resulted in my car, being in an open parking lot for that period of time and receiving hail damage which I was told that I am responsible for. This does not make sense. These are just the highlights of my experience. I am MOST disappointed in the way this work was done. I will go to Dallas from now on.

Drew Miles and His TEAM at Classic Toyota Collision Center took EXCELLENT CARE of my 2019 QX 80 Infinity!! Better than Infinity !!! They kept me informed of the progress of my car almost every day, and delivered my car 'Back' to my office cleaner than when i brought it in!! No One will ever work on our 'Fleet' of 23 Vehicles for body work every. Except Classic Toyota Collision Center!!! Nanci W

Although it was a lengthy process I understand that it was complicated by the insurance company. I appreciate that you repaired the car to your standards and didn’t allow the insurance company to dictate how the car would be repaired.

Our car was dropped off on March 27:2023 and the repair was completed, and we picked up our vehicle on Friday May 12 at 4 pm. Through my persistence I was able to stay on top of this procedure.

I was so pleased to get my car back. cannot see anything wrong with it. You had swept it out, which I never do. However, I have forgotten how to change the radio (I have a disk in it) so I do not need to work on the radio. I do thank you very much for taking good car of my car. You were so very nice to me in the office. Last week I had the oil changed, tires rotated, and whatever else it needed. Now, I do not have anywhere to go to 'show off' my car. Thanks a million for such good work. I am sold on Tyler Toyota! Ruth H

Rental car’s air conditioner quit. Had to drive for 2 hours in 100 degree heat with no air. Response from Toyota - bummer. Waited for over a month after my estimate to bring my car in for repairs only to to find out the parts had not been ordered yet. My car also needed to go to the service department for a recall repair. Verified with the body shop that my car was also expected at the service department when I dropped off my car. My car sat for a week waiting for the parts, but the body shop did not send my car over to the service department. Had to make a separate appointment. I received no updates about my car while it was in the body shop
