When I came in to pick up my vehicle as scheduled it took 20 minutes to bring the car around for pick up, I found out from the tech that the battery was dead and it needed to be jumped, per the date and clock the battery had died the day before. There is also one piece of molding in the tire rim that was not replaced and I had to come back to the dealership to notify the collision shop about it, a new piece was to be ordered. Overall the work looks great but more care should have been taken to assure that my car was completely done and ready for pickup. I had been called the day before at 4pm to tell me it was ready, it would have been a waste of my time if I had come in then too.

The women in collision were very helpful and responsive. My only disappointment would be around the text messages that are sent. It was a great surprise that you do them. I wasn't expecting that. However, the day before the texts told me my truck would be ready, I got a text saying it is still on track for tomorrow and if there are delays, I would get a call. Instead of a call, I got a text the next day saying there is a delay and the new date is 12/19 (a change from 12/14). It was disappointing to feel I was going to get my truck on Friday the 14th up until about 10am that day when I found out I wasn't getting it and it would be 3 more business days plus the weekend. It would have been nice to find out I couldn't pick it up on the 14th before the 14th.

Everyone there in the body shop was very helpful from Keisha to Ray? I loved the texts and emails and follow up phone calls to keep me informed. My 2nd experience in 4 months, both times I received top service.

We have a toyota venza, and chose to bring our car to totota for repair, however the color match was not good. I will be calling on monday. If the job was not able to be done. That should have been expressed ahead of time. My vehile is a pearle white and my new front bumper is not! It just white. There is a noticable difference to the naked eye.

I do really apreciated Miss Keisha Riggs,her kindness and professionalism show up, she tooked me in consideration and offer me a courtesy car so I don't miss work while my car was getting fixed,she listen my concerns,tooked notes and they keep me posted all the time, great job team ford..THANK YOU!

I was told my repairs would be done in 2-3 days. I couldn't reach anyone in the collision department on the 6-7th days. After the 8th day, I went to get my car whether it was done or not. Technicians still had the car torn apart and I waited for another 45 minutes for them to put on the trim. The rep was apologetic and gave me $100 off which didn't come close to covering the cost of Uber for 5 days. I then got home and found the broken window in the trunk of the car. I will be posting a review online.

The repair on my explorer was great. The Ford Focus that I, drove left a real bad taste in my mouth. Since my lease is up in two months Ford will not be my first choice for a new vehicle.

Car was serviced for rear end collision in which both tail light assemblies were replaced. After the car was returned to me the brake lights and blinkers in both tail lights were not working. I only discovered this after driving my car back to work. I had to return to the dealership to have them fixed. Functionality of the replaced parts should have been checked before my car was returned to me. Driving it in the condition that I picked it up in could have resulted in me being rear ended or pulled over. Very disappointed.
