I like that Varsity works with my insurance (Farm Bureau) so that I don't have to go through the processes of appraisals,etc. This way is easier for me. I am also happy my vehicle was fixed up timely.

The car is already scheduled to go back to the shop since the bumper cover was not correctly installed and has uneven gap with the trunk lid.
My concern was that it took 4 weeks to complete. I was told first that it would be one week. I do understand that you found more damage when you put it up on the hoist, but a month seemed like a long time. I know you had many other vehicles to work on during that time, but as I recall it took some days before you were able to look at it from the underside.
Other than that, I am very pleased with your work on my car, and goad to finally have my transportation back. Thank you. MaryAnn

Didn't replace front lisence plate hoder or plate. Rear turn signal/light did not work. Am returning Tomorrow for fixing

I was very happy with our easy everything was, about the text updates on my car, about the help in getting me a rental vehicle, and of course about the work on the car. Great service, and it looks like an excellent job
I was told to come pick up my car as it was ready to go. I came to pick it up only to find out that my gate lift didn’t work. So, I guess it was surprising that this wasn’t looked over before giving me my car back. Then I was told to go to the lobby it would be a few minutes. No one provided me an estimate on time. So I had to go back to the collision center and ask for myself. I’m not looking for any freebies or discounts. But rather I hope this leads to better customer service training . An apology for the delay would have been nice, communicate with customers once they arrive. Better yet, checking work when done would be great. I don’t think my power windows are working the same, but rather than being my car back in at this time, I’m living with good enough. Thanks.
Very polite and the work was done well
I was beyond satisfied! My car was clean inside and out which is a huge treat. The women in the office who handled the insurance details were polite and competent. We purchased our car in Roscommon when we lived up North, but will defyconsider purchase at Vsrsity Ford in the future. Thank you for making an unpleasant event positive.
