Body work appears to be great, however, there were black grease marks throughout the front of the car. While I recognize you are not a detail shop, it would have been nice to have those areas wiped down.

The actual work looks great but the customer service was unsatisfactory. The morning my car was ready which was 5 days after I was told it would be ready, I received an email that my car would be ready in 2 more days which would be Friday when I was going out of town. As I was making last minute arrangements to find a vehicle to take out of town, Platinum calls and says my car is ready. The whole experience was confusing and handled unprofessionally in my opinion. I would go somewhere else next time.
