My wife's car was returned back to us with an ant problem and Brans auto body is not taking ownership of this problem. Never had ants in it before, as my wife was driving home, she killed 3 ants, then more as the next few dad went on. We will stop by there this afternoon.

My truck was scheduled to be completed on 9/16. I received a call, late afternoon 9/16, saying the paint shop was a little behind, but they would have it ready 9/17. I told Chris I had to work all day on 9/17, and probably wouldn't be able to pick it up until 9/18, anyway. I called on 9/18, about 11:30, and was told it was in cleanup. Finally about 2:00, I received a call saying it was ready. That alone was frustrating, but I could get over it were it not for what my truck looked like when I picked it up. For the amount of time I waited while it was in "cleanup", it looked filthy. The rear window is covered in dust, as is a large portion of the rear interior. The body has been washed in certain areas but not completely, which is very obvious and unsightly. The dressing in the tires was sloppily and inconsistently applied. The areas reapaired have one noticeable pit in the clear coat, and the decal has so many bubbles in it, it looks like a 4 year old applied it. I am very disappointed in the quality I received, and while the office staff have been so helpful and pleasant, I won't be returning should I ever need future body work.

The delay was originally a problem, but the outstanding quality of the workmanship made up for the initial disappointment. We are very happy that we used Brian's.

End product with the detail job on my 2015 Mustang was very good. Extra attention to detail was appreciated. Thanks for making itbetter than right. Very good job. I will be back in the future.

My vehicle was returned cleaner than I left it. And a day earlier than promised. The work was fabulous! I really liked the email alerts too.
