The repaired vehicle took ten (10) days longer then estimated completion date. Upon picking up vehicle I asked if there was anything else that I needed to know or do I was told no not unless something was wrong. The experience with the receptionist, whether on the phone or in person, was short, snappy and felt like she was being bothered. Upon turning rental vehicle in I was asked about paying for the additional days that the car was being repaired. And Brian's receptionist said everything was good. All around bad experience. Not recommended for anyone.
