Working with your shop was the only, and I mean ONLY, positive aspect of my post-accident experience. Everyone at the Orem shop was helpful, kind, and communicative, which was a stark contrast to Allstate, who was a nightmare from start to finish.
I know you're a contracted provider through Allstate which probably drives a lot of your business, but if there was any way for you to drop them, I'd say do it. You deserve better.
