Rear bumper is still damaged and license plate light is still out
North Star Chevrolet's GEICO quick stop is The WORST service at my all life. RUDE manager, he ended up saying: dont come back. ( becase I said the service done was not quite right). And took them 7 days to "complete" service, instead 2, as promissed.... Just terrible.

After a collision with a coyote we had to go to North Star through Geico Collision Repair to get repairs done. We were sent a message the day after it was supposed to be done that it was done and we went up to go get it and it wasn't done. Then we were told that night that it would be done by the end of the day. Then we got a call that same night saying that there was a issue with the paint job and they wanted to repaint. All this kind of was annoying but what really was frustrating was the next day we waited for a call and waited and waited. No call. Called the next morning to find out the car had done yesterday and we never received the call. Yet our insurance agency told the car was finished the day it was done. Which led them to no longer cover the rental we had. After talking with Enterprise we are hoping that everything is straightened out and Geico and Northstar will cover the cost they're responsible for but have yet to find out if they will.
The body shop work was great but the guys left a huge mess in my car. There are several black marks in my white head liner that I have a hard time getting rid of. The driver seat was dirty with mud. I don’t expect a detailing but don’t leave the car in a bigger mess than it came.
I liked the partnership between you and Geico. It made a bad situation a little more pleasant. Thank you!
