First when I got the car back it took longer than it should've. Then when I did get it it was dirty, there were scratches in the central post between the doors, as well as a dent that wasn't fixed, the back seats had stains that weren't there when I handed the car to you, and there were what looked like skid marks on the inside of the driver side door as if made by the soles of a shoe. You would think that for the time it took for the car to get to us it would at least be clean.
