Jessie, I commend you and your staff for an outstanding experience in getting my vehicle repaired. Your professionalism and prompt service will continously be recommended and appreciate. In this day and time it is very important, or should I say rare, to do business with an organization with a purpose for customer satisfaction and appreciation, cause we could render our repairs some place else. However, my personal feeling is that your organization is not all about the almighty dollar, but earnest and competent work that I feel that you are pleased to please a customer. Very pleased with the work, my only concern after seeing my car, was to get the car back to Enterprise. I was told your office would call them and arrange for a pick-up. I waited all day for my final charges from them, none received so I finally called around four today. They had no idea I had returned the car before noon. No one, they said had called them.
