I need to bring the car back in to have a couple of issues resolved. The remote fuel filler lid release is not working now. It was fine before bringing into Rick's. The Blind Spot Monitoring System is not working. The indicator light is flashing which means the system has a malfunction. The BSM system was fine before bringing into Rick's.

You neglected to get the clear plastic door protections strip reapplied when you made the repair. Now I have to do it.

I picked up my 2009 Dodge caravan earlier this evening. I was concerned after I drove 2 blocks, returned to Rick's and told the staff. Granted it was about 5pm; a tech took the van to check it out. I told him I was concerned as I had to drive back to Helena (120 miles),given that I am only 6 weeks out from a major surgery and needed to be safe-not stranded on the roadside at dusk/night. When he returned, he told me I needed new spark plugs(spark plugs were replaced in February 2016 by Lithia) or maybe the suspension "was shot." He also suggested that maybe the van always drove that way. He reassured me that it was "OK." I drove over to First Interstate bank in downtown Missoula and noted the sputtering was worsening. I parked the van for about 30 minutes while I talked to my daughter. When I tried to head to Helena, I only got as far as out of the parking lot and the engine light came on and the sputtering was worsen. MY VAN DID NOT DRIVE LIKE THAT BEFORE THE accident. Whatever is wrong either relates to the accident or the repairs.....please fix the 2009 Dodge Caravan so it runs safely, smoothly as it did prior to the accident/repairs. I have notified my insurance company of the concerns. Elaine S

Jinny was great. But I requested all minor dents/dings And paint chips to be repaired since the vehicle was To be in the shop for two weeks. I was disappointed that An obvious dent scratch on the right passenger Door was not repaired, nor chips on hood repaired Buffing material left on vehicle. Price was not an issue so dissatisfied work not completed. I'

There are two runs in the clear coat, the truck was covered in polishing compound and dust after the detailing, the rear door isn't flush with the cab or the front door, the parking sensors in the rear bumper don't work anymore, the rear window still has a suction cup mark on it, the interior is covered in dust and the leather on my steering wheel is scratched. Right now, I'm not very happy at all. I will wait until they get it back to fix the things that are wrong before I post a review to google or yelp.
