Had to return next day as there were several small things they had not caught during the clean up process. Most they were able to fix in about 15 minutes but there is a paint imperfection that I need to live with which makes me not completely satisfied.

When we got to **** repair center, we arrived nervous and scared, thank goodness for the representative, Mr. Molina. His calm unjudging demeanor is so welcoming. He was so helpful throughout the whole experience that it actually calmed us. He made us feel “ok” as he expressed sincere concern as paperwork was completed. He brings a certain ease to the entire ordeal. Also, we received emails throughout the entire auto repair process. My family appreciates the excellent services provided.
