The estimation process and scheduling for repairs were done at the same appointment and handled efficiently. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Workmanship looks great. I do wonder about some trim parts, though, as they look a bit different than I recall as original, particularly the rear roof "spoiler" and rear window trim.

I was pleased with the actual repair work on my jeep. However, the customer service and communication was very poor. We were not provided with updates on the repairs and we needed to call to receive the updates. It would have been very helpful to receive texts once a week to give us updates on repairs. Also, several times when we called, we were given a date that the repairs would be done. When we called (we were not notified by them) on the day it was supposed to be finished, we were told that repairs were not complete and the pick up date was pushed back. This was very frustrating and I feel that they should have contacted us when the finish dates changed.

Had car for 2 months. Everyone I called got a different answer on the cost. The cost to fix this was over $12000 should have been totaled

The absolute worst body shop I had come in contact with. It took an assumed professional body shop 45 days to declare my vehicle as a total loss. Every time I called your shop I was advised we're waiting on parts. I took me one look at the vehicle and knew I it was a Loss. It cost me an extra $600 dollars to rent a vehicle to go back and forth to work. When a decision was needed much quicker. I will never refer York Collision to anyone.

The first time I came to pick up my vehicle, the car was poorly done, there was no quality control and I would have been embarrassed to hand off the vehicle to a customer. The bumper and fender flare were visibly not fitting correctly and I noticed it from over ten feet away, the gaps were evident and the response I received when I addressed it and refused to take the car, was that the aftermarket bumper did not fit correctly which was not a valid response for a collision repair center. York Collision did make things right and the work looks to be completed nicely now, but the first experience was really disappointing.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the team. I was updated every step of the way and my car turned out great. The icing on the cake was that they cleaned out the inside of my car. That was truly unexpected. I recently had a baby and opened a second brick and mortar business so my time had been really tight, cleaning out the car had not been on the top of the priority list. That was a priceless addition to the service. Thank you.

My door was not fixed completely. I showed it to a guy and he told me that he would have to send something to my insurance to have it fixed correctly. I contacted my insurance right after I talk to him. I am still waiting for your guy to contact my insurance. It’s has been a couple of weeks now. If this is not going to be taken care of by you all please let me know so that I can let my insurance company know.

Everything seems great. The only thing that I have noticed is that there may be a very slight variation in the paint color which I understand. I am just wondering if it will be more noticeable later on or if any slight color difference will disappear as the paint ages.
