After opening opening closing the door for a few days, the inside of the door has almost completely separated from the outside. I have had to take the day off work on Monday to return the car to shop sand try to get the door fixed. Also, the clear coat ran around the door handle the paint people had already left even though the shop didn't close for another 45 minutes. I needed the car so I didn't want to leave it another day and I have to take it back to get it fixed. Now i'm losing a day of work because of poor repairs.

It looks as if ABRA did a good job with repairs. I liked getting daily updates. It took much longer than I was originally told it would take; however, good reasons/excuses for the delays were given each day. I would rather have it done right than done quickly; however, it probably would be a good idea if ABRA wouldn't give a "hopeful" completion date and make it sound as if that date would be the real completion date unless something unusual came up, and start telling the vehicle owner at the time of drop-off the completion could take a lot longer. That is acceptable. I made plans to have my car back on the original date given because I believed what they originally told me. When that date was delayed, that seemed reasonable. They did say it could take a little longer if something didn't come back on time, but there were several delays, each taking awhile. Tell the owner up front that the vehicle could take a week or even more after the date they hope to have it done. I do think that the repairs appear so far to be done well.

The team did great with keeping me updated on the status of the car which is very appreciated. Everyone that I personally spoke with was knowledgeable and had great customer service. The work was well done and also done in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need body work done again. Highly recommend Abra!
