It was very frustrating that many parts were piecemeal ordered to complete the repairs. Routinely, I was called that “another” part was placed on order due to unforeseen damage. An occasional problem I can understand, but this went on for 3 weeks. All the way to the very end, a lack of radiator fluid delayed delivery. What body shop runs out of radiator fluid?

There were alignment issues with the hood and bumper after the repairs were made. The bumper was "painted" but there was still a large scratch and some scuffs on the opposite side of the repaired area. I'm going to have these issues looked at on Jan 3rd by their production manager. As long as they make the hood and bumper align properly, I'll be satisfied. The paint isn't a problem, more of an FYI for their quality control.
