Was extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Hamilton. They did a phenomenal job with the repair and keeping me updated. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. My only complaint would be that I had a fog light that was out. When I got home I went to change the bulb and noticed that one of the two harness wires was cut. I wish this would have been addressed or mentioned to me considering that the fascia was removed and replaced for the repairs. It was easily noticeable. A light check should have been performed before delivery of the vehicle to ensure everything was operational and this would have been caught right away. Other than this one thing, I am very pleased with the care given to my vehicle.

Completely satisfied and happy with the repair of my Mazda! The car looks just like new. They even cleaned my car inside and outside, incl. the leather seats! The quote/estimate was spot on! Loved the text messaging service! Got a few quotes before deciding for Hamlin Collision. Chris was the only one of all the shops where I had the feeling that his primary goal was to make me feel a happy and satisfied customer.
