I answered no to the fact that I was giving a price of 3000 to fix my car and when I left I didn’t read the bill. It came out to 5000 2000 over price that you guys gave to me. Also inside of my vehicle was dirt all over don’t know how I got there cause when I brought the car it was cleaned on the inside.

Everything was perfect......except the pollin all over the car when I brought it in. Volvo service washes the car every time when we bring it in ( and we are picky. ask your Shoo Foreman)
We were told not to wash the Volvo. Xc 90 for 30 days.

Mike Trudeau and the staff made my little fender bender painless to get fix. They finished before the expected estimate and the car looks like it was never damaged. They worked with the other people's insurance and had a rental car waiting and when it was finished, all I had to do was sign and drive away. They even notified me my 7 year old battery was bad and all I did was pay for the part. What shop will go above and beyond? I now am ready for the next 300k miles .
