What an amazing experience with Hendrick Collision! From the moment the car was received by the ****Towing Company, the entire process was handled with stellar communication and prompt service by Todd Beaver. Todd kept me updated along the entire process and step from the initial estimate to when the car was being worked on and what stage it was in. To my surprise my car was ready and completed 10 days earlier than the initial estimate. When I arrived to inspect the car, Todd went over each and every part that was replaced and repaired. The car looked amazing! As if an accident had never happened.
I have been a long time customer with Hendrick. All of my vehicles have been purchased, serviced and repaired by Hendrick. I was glad that Hendrick had a Collision Center that was top rated and approved by Allstate as a select vendor. It set my mind at ease.
I highly recommend Hendrick Collision and Todd Beaver for the excellent service and pristine delivery.

The repairs were fine. I asked if my father could pay for one of the repairs over the phone. I was told probably not and that they would call me back snd let me know. I didn’t receive a call back for hours. When I came to pay, I slid my fathers card while he was with me. No one even so much as verified his identification. I truly don’t understand the point of why he needed to drive from across town to stand in the lobby while I paid with his card. He honestly could’ve been any random man because the receptionist didn’t verify any information.

Unfortunately I had to bring my car in 3 times for the same repair. There were air bubbles throughout the clear coat on the hood. The hood looks great now, however you can feel the rough clear coat around the rim of the hood if you run your fingers underneath it. I’m told that’s not typical and is a tell tale sign of a repair.
