When the car was first taken in via towing no one called to let us know it was revived and we didn’t hear from anyone for several days despite calling and asking. But once we complained to Allstate we began to get detailed regular communication and after that point we were very satisfied.

I was very impressed with the both the quality and the customer service that was given by the Hendrick Team. I was kept informed throughout the entire process which helped with my anxiety about the situation especially since this was a brand new car with only 2600 miles on it. I was extremely nervous about the repairs being done and the impact this would have. I was very pleased with how it turned out. Jason Livingston was great to work with and very attentive to my concerns. Work was completed earlier than expected which was awesome. Thank you for a job well done.

Repairs were very good.. It took 6 weeks wait to drop off my vehicle which I was ok with waiting. But then the car sat there for 8 days before the technician looked at it. The entire repair took only 48 hours . Should have started repairing it much sooner after drop off

The repair job was done well and in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Hendrick Collision Center was courteous and professional. I hope I don’t need this type of service again but if I do I will certainly come back to Hendrick Collision Center.

When I picked up my car from being repaired, it had a whole new dent on the opposite side from where the original damage even was. It made me very concerned about whose hands I leave my car in.. They did offer to fix it (as they should’ve), but I would probably not choose this place again if I had to.

All was good until I left and was driving down the road and something fell inside of the door panel that was not secured properly. I need an appointment to return it to have that put back right. Please let me know when I can do that.
