I do not need a follow up call. I had to bring my vehicle back in to have flaws in the paint job on the hood repaired which was done by trying to buff out the dirt or object that got under the clear coat. It was buffed out and looks much better but you can still see definite paint flaws. They are not severe enough for me to be without a vehicle for another week to have it repainted so I accepted the vehicle as is with the issue being documented should any further issue with the paint develop. To be completely satisfied the collision center should have inspected the car and saw their flaw and fixed it before contacting me saying the car was complete.

While the repair to the damaged exterior was satisfactory, a door locking/unlocking feature of my car was not working when I picked up the car. I contacted Hendrick Collision North on Friday May 1st and was told someone would contact me on Monday May 4th regarding the problem. No one called. I had to contact Hendrick Collision North a second time to schedule a return visit.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciated help from everyone with whom I was in touch at Hendrick Collision. Eric Flack was so patient with me as I placed repeated calls, kept me updated during the entire month my car was there. Libby at the desk was equally helpful, also many phone calls. To have Brian personally return my car to me was such a gift - I live in Prairie Village, quite a far drive from your location. This experience just reinforces my gratefulness for all the people at Lexus who have treated me so well, and been so helpful during the years I have been using services from the dealership, beginning with Chris Clark, and now Brian Veal helps me. I had always wanted a Lexus; once I got one, the service and kindness of everyone has been far above anything else I have experience in my years of driving. Thanks to all of you!
