I was very impressed by the quick response to my online request for an estimate. I was relieved and delighted that I was able to schedule the repair within a week of receiving the estimate at a time when other shops were booked 6-8 weeks out. Austin, who managed my repair did a stellar job of keeping me informed at every step of the way. Hie professional and courteous manner sets a high bar for customer service.

Ultimately I was satisfied but they left my car under pine trees after it was repaired and it got covered with tree sap. Austin got it washed and it appears that most of the sap is gone but it should not have been parked there to begin with. Jack B

I'm satisfied with getting my vehicle back, some of the communication was lacking especially when the expectations were set at drop off for 5-10 business days, we ended up hitting 18 because of the exhaust being bent, which I had mentioned to check prior to me handing the keys over. It probably would have been caught if the vehicle had been fully inspected on day ****. It's too early to see if there will be any issues from the workmanship but over time we shall see. I am happy to finally have my car back and the work does look good from my point of view
