Jasmine was marvelous. Picked up my car it was dirty. That took an extra 20 minutes ????. Rental Dept try to tag an extra day on my bill. I asked for mr. Ellis. He fixed it. I was very disappointed. You don’t treat your customers like that. If there’s a certain time to drop off car. You have it in writing and tell the customer. Plus call customer before the time expired. Not pleased ????
I was very impressed with the Hendrick operation. For a large firm, the process from start to finish is"smooth as glass". Corners are not cut, workmanship is not compromised and quality personnel are utilized throughout the system. It is an example of the positive Hendrick Corporate experience!

There are electric problems in the locking in the drivers side door/remote unliock mechanism! Gas cap lid wouldn’t open due to foam sealer was left inside the lid! Locking mechanism is clicking off and on in the roof!!
My experience was amazing ! Deanna was great! Kept me updated with the progress of my car. I had to come back twice to get some things out of my car and everyone was so nice and no one gave me attitude and never made me feel like I was getting on there nerves even though I felt like I was , but if I was they never let me know! The customer service was by far absolutely thee BEST! Thank you so much! Hendrix will always be ahead of the game! ????
Workman-shift is not adequate, installation is not aligned, clearly visible. Quality control needs to be addressed. We are not happy, not satisfied. Contacted Jarod and we have not heard back from him yet. So unhappy.
