Was told I would receive a call confirming my car was done as I would be picking it up after hours and dropping my rental off. Was called back to pay my deductible but never called to be notified my car was done. Now I will be arriving at midnight after work hoping to find my car ready to go.

Estimated repair time with 12 days approximately been more than 4 months! communication on the status of my car to me this whole time has been minimal to non-existent . Lost parts to my car costing me more time and money in a gasoline car which are so I've never been reimbursed for my gasoline cost from a previous car repair promised by the manager! 99% of the time I call I get voicemail and leave a voicemail I never get a return call. This has been definitely number two on my list of worst car repairs! Number one being the time by by **** told me they've replaced a whole bunch parts on my car then finding out later when I put the car on a lift they weren't replaced same parts were there but was charged for new parts. Or the time after that whereby by **** said it was fixed and a day later had to come pick it up alongside the road where it left me stranded with the tow truck because it was put back together wrong! So no I am NOT satisfied.

Didn’t tell me about my body striping till I was leaving. This is a company vehicle so it had a name on the side. They told me I had to wait 30 days which is fine but had I not walked back in they would’ve let me drive away.

Everyone I worked with was extremely nice and Mike kept me well informed about my car. My experience was excellent until I picked up my car and noticed scratches all along the driver's side of my car, where it looks like someone tried to buff the doors and messed up the paint.

The staff are fantastic! They treat you with respect, keep you updated on the status of your car, and are always pleasant to work with. #**** **** collision does a fantastic job on your car, I would never use or trust anyone else with repairs to my vehicle. I know they will do great work in a timely fashion and for a great price.

I was impressed with your communication letting me know the progress. Unfortunately it took a little longer since the wrong part was ordered. Then I had noticed a small scratch in the headlight cover but Bob said he wasn’t the one that appraised it so I had to accept it as us. He said he could order one for me but it wld be about $200!!!

It appears the new paint wasn't sanded and buffed enough. May be over spray still on door and fender.also a scratch in new hood.
