The original repair time estimate from Nick was ****-2 days. When he called me back it had changed to 4-5 “working days”, because of additional damage under the bumper. That translated to a full week. When I mentioned I should have taken it to the place suggested by BMW, he was sarcastic and unprofessional and said that would have been 4-5 weeks. The 4-5 day estimate changed again on a daily basis. It changed from Wednesday to Thursday, and eventually to Friday at 5:00pm. 7 full working days, 9 days total. Not my definition of Express.

The tire pressure sensors are not working. I left a voicemail shortly after picking up the car, and have not received a call back. Also I had to bring in the car once for the damage assessment, and then a week later to drop off for repairs. Knowing that in advance so I could have waited until both the assessment and drop off we’re done on same day would have been preferred. The carwise texts gave me a completion date of ****/19 and the car was not ready wasting another trip to your repair facility, and when the car was ready there was sand in the paint which was attempted to be resolved the same day, but then was brought back out with abrasive scratches in addition to the sand. I have been patient in this process, but still having an issue with the tire pressure system which I’m sure will require another trip has left me disappointed, and dissatisfied.
