The body work & office staff communication was phenomenal! Was very disappointed when I returned the car due to tire alignment being off, tech on site agreed, Moody’s took it to ****’s to remedy it. Picked up the car a second time - alignment still off. Called Moodys and was told alignment was not due to the accident. They could take it back to ****’s but it would be my responsibility to pay for repairs. I said I would take it to the Subaru dealership that services my car. Moodys said if Subaru mechanic deemed alignment off due to accident to let them know. Subaru wholeheartedly agreed it was due to the accident and contacted my insurance company. Alignment is fixed.
