For me not being able to tell where the damage was says it all. Andy explained what work needed to be performed and it was completed on time and as estimated. Hopefully I'll never need Moody's service again but if so that will be the shop I go to.

The only problem,was with the parts supplier locating the grill which delayed completion by almost 3 months. Once the part came in it was ready the following day, and done properly.

Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, professional and kind. I don't think the process could have been much easier, and my car looks like new. Mike, especially, was very communicative, guiding and updating me throughout the process. The direct-billing with State Farm made things incredibly easy, as did your arrangement with the rental car company to do pick-up and drop-off right on site.
