The end result was to have my vehicle properly repaired by trusted body shop/technicians. My driver door still does not close correctly 100% however not enough for me to take more time off work to get it “tweaked” again.
Clearer & nicer toned communication from the body shop or even a text throughout the process would have been greatly appreciated and comforting.
I was able to speak with a manager, TJ, albeit he was not the body shop manager, he was very professional and helpful.
Not saying it was a horrible experience but also not saying it was great and I am 100% satisfied.

We waited to long to get my car Fixed! 1day less than a month!! The parts were forgot to be ordered ! I had to call and remind them to order the parts!! And they had to put a recycled headlight on my new Car! The work was very good, but the timely manner that it took from the time I got the estimate was not satisfactory!! Probably will not be returning for body work at Al Serra

I have a comment. In this case, I had to wait two weeks to get an estimate. It was a way too long waiting period. While I appreciate your efforts, there must be some room to improve this process.
