My rear windshield was not replaced with tinted glass (as it had prior to repairs), also there is a burn hole on the front passenger side seat (I assume from a welder), other than these I was satisfied.

I appreciated Alicia's responsiveness when checking in on the repairs to our minivan. She kept us informed on the expected completion date and when it was going through the different stages of repair (ordered part, getting repaired, getting painted, etc.) The repair appears to have come out great so far. Overall, I am very happy we chose Charles Clark Chevrolet to repair our vehicle.

Customer service is awesome! From beginning to end they walk you through the process by giving you updates. A little extra once you pick up your vehicle they wash it inside & out. Would definitely recommend. BEST Humble staff !!! Great work

A gentleman by the name of Rene was a very helpful employee that answered my all my questions. He let me know that my car was going to be taken care of and that we would go over everything they did. I felt appreciated as a costumer and that my care was in good hands too. Of course he checked out that I was allowed a rental which made it easier for me until I got my car back. I am very satisfied with my car repair and the best costumer service possible from Charles Clark Chevrolet. Thanks again for everything, Ms Maria D
