My issue is that I was told right side back tail light cover was removed so my vehicle could be painted. As driving home I noticed that right back tail light was out. I was told it was the bulb. So removed panel from inside vehichle to check light and the wiring to back right tail light was completely disconnected and wires exposed looking as if it was patched up. I need to bring car in first thing in morning on Dec. 2. My back right tail light was working just fine until now. I need it fixed. I’m not happy with whatever happened to that right back tail light and should have been told. My husband & I own another Scion Xb so could see exactly how should be wired so not touching until body shop repairs it.

The body work was great. People were very nice. However, I was told that the under hood motor/parts would be checked out to make sure nothing was knocked loose or damaged. My truck was towed there because it would not start. (It was turning over and revving up hard and then would die) However, when the truck got there it was starting again. When I received a call to pick up my truck I asked if under the hood was checked and was told "I'm sure it was and you can talk about that when you get here. When I got there I was told it was not checked, but since it is running just take it and if it stops again bring it back in.

This was the first time I have used the body shop part of ford and rental but I had a great experience. I could not have asked for better service from the body shop or the rental. The work was done quick and they kept me well informed on the status of my truck. When I called I was treated w respect. I would highly recommend yalls services to any family or friend.
