Quality workmanship. I would recommend Son’s A-**** Collisioin to anyone that might need it . I’ve only had the car a few days, but it seems as though there is nothing wrong with the job they did . I had a friend that went to another place and she had to go back three times !

I just want to say thank you very much Son’s A-**** Collision for all your help. Right from the beginning when I came into the office to drop my car off for repairs you guys were very helpful and caring. I loved receiving updates via text messages, and you guys finished up a few days ahead of the targeted date. At first I was nervous thinking my car wouldn’t be repaired properly but I was fooled. You guys did a fantastic job with the work done to my car. My car looks brand new and seems to drive better than when I first got my car. My only dislike was I mentioned to guys I had damaged parts in my trunk and when I got it back they were still in my trunk.
Yes, the people are so nice, and my car is perfect.
I have to admit that I am frustrated with how many times the completion date was pushed back. Even when I called I was told the truck would be ready in a day or two and then it was another week.
Also I received a call at 3:55 and was told I could pick up my truck my 5. Well I work an hour away.
The next day I left work early to pick up the truck l, got caught in fender bender traffic and called the shop to let Erin know I would be there a couple minutes after 5. She told me she could not stay past 5. I called at 4:58 to let her know I was down the street and there was no answer. I pulled up at 5;02 and the shop was closed. Closing at 5 during the week is not client friendly and for me to arrive 2 minutes past when I called ahead is just not right. So I had to come back the next morning. Had the repairs not taken 2 weeks past I would have waited until the weekend to pick up but my car rental days were up. My suggestion is to extend your hours a couple days a week to accommodate your clientele. Also if the woman at the front knew I was on my way would it have been so terrible to stay open an extra 10 minutes? My experience was disappointing.
Never had to have Collison repairs done before and EVERYONE went above and beyond to vet my car fixed. Will recommend them to everyone I know. I give them a 50 out of 10
I was very happy with the overall service just a little frustrated that the daytime running lights are not working and that all my tires had less than 20 psi of air when i left. On the other hand the additional work that was done on the scratches and the headlights was much appreciated and overall my car looks great
Thank you for completing the body work on my vehicle faster than the expected time .
They missed diagnosing my car for the insurance
purpose so I ended up taking car to another place
for rest of the work.
Everyone involved at Son’s A-**** did a terrific job. The repair looks as good as new, job was for timely, the status updates are great and the whole process was very convenient.
