Part of my bumper sticks out on the eight side, I noticed it the day after I picked the car up... not sure why. It wasn't explained or pointed out to me. Also, a significan't issue for me was that a simple repair took 3-4 days longer than expected without any explanatiom as to why given. This wound up resulting in my needing to rent a car for 3 to 4 more days than expected (costing 90-120 more than I expected to spend on the rental). I am a single mom on a low income budget, that was a really unpleasant surprise. The service otherwise was very friendly and pleasant as far as the people I met who helped me wth the process, I have no complaints there. Everyone was very kind and helpful and explained many other things to me. For a simple bumper repair I have no idea why it took 6 days. So, it was a very mixed experience.

Everything was fast and smooth. Even the inside of my car was cleaned meticulously. The only thing off were the email updates. First one said repairs would take 10 day after I was told 3 days in person (it did take three days) and the next one said - we started to work on your car, when the repairs were already done. But I didn't let the emails bug me and it didn't matter in the end.

After just driving it a short distance I would have to say the work was done well. I was a little disappointed that the tiny dime size chip that was on front of my car went unrepaired. The chip was located less that a foot from the initial impact point of the debris that hit the car. The car had only 3000 miles on it and the car was noted at initial check in as unblemished all around. I would have been happy if the chip was touched up with a brush and a little gloss black paint. again, I am a little disappointed that it wasn't fixed.
